Erin Slattery

Erin Slattery currently serves as the Benefits Director at Denver Health, a position held since February 2025. Prior roles include Director of Benefits at Travelport from June 2023 to February 2025 and Vice President of Compensation Benefits at Cherry Creek Mortgage, LLC from December 2020 to June 2023, where Slattery successfully revamped the benefit offerings to create a more inclusive and comprehensive package. Earlier experience includes serving as Director of Compensation and Benefits at Covius from August 2014 to December 2020, leading the design and evaluation of compensation and benefits programs in alignment with organizational goals. Slattery’s career began as a Benefits Analyst at Children's Hospital Colorado, managing various benefit plans and collaborating with vendors to enhance benefit structures. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science/Mathematics from Penn State University.
