Avinash Shaw

Avinash Shaw, PE, is an experienced engineer currently working with Modjeski and Masters since February 2021, focusing on movable bridge projects. Significant contributions include the Onslow Beach Bridge Replacement at Camp Lejeune, the I-Street Bridge Replacement over the Sacramento River, the CSX Schuylkill River Bridge Fender and Sub-cable Replacement, and the Paducah and Louisville Railway Bridge No. 117. Prior roles include serving as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at North Carolina State University, where research involved finite element analysis for high-temperature nuclear services, and as a Senior Design Engineer at Paharpur Cooling Towers, analyzing and designing cooling towers and steel structures.
