Sai Billanuka

Sai Billanuka has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several positions and companies. Sai currently holds the role of Vice President of Product and Cloud Engineering at Modernizing Medicine since April 2021. Prior to their current role, they worked at Thomson Reuters for over 15 years, serving in various roles including Vice President, Sr. Director of Software Engineering, Director of Technology, Manager of Technology, and Lead Developer. Sai'sresponsibilities at Thomson Reuters included modernizing and transforming legacy applications, fostering innovation and engineering excellence, delivering business value, and building high-performing organizations. Before their tenure at Thomson Reuters, Sai worked at Immediatech as a Lead Software Engineer and at MaterialNet Inc. as a Project Manager, where they designed and developed various products and supported different software development environments.

Sai Billanuka completed a Mini MBA program at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University in 2018. Prior to that, from 1994 to 1996, they earned a Masters degree in Computer Applications from Osmania University. They also obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Osmania University from 1991 to 1993. Their education history began with completing their General Studies at Wesley high school from 1983 to 1988.
