Robyn Lucas has been in the data science and research field for over 10 years. Robyn began their career in 2011 as a PhD Student at Imperial College London, where they conducted research at the CMS experiment and analyzed data from the detector to look for evidence of new physics. Robyn developed analysis code using C++ and Python and presented work at international conferences. In 2015, they moved to BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as a Data Analyst. In 2016, they became the Head of Data Science at Open Energi, where they also worked as a Data Scientist. In 2021, they moved to Limejump as the Head of Data Science and Forecasting. Currently, they are the Director of Data Science and Research at Modo Energy.
Robyn Lucas obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Elementary Particle Physics from Imperial College London from 2011 to 2015. Prior to that, they received a Master of Physics in Physics from the University of Oxford from 2007 to 2011. In 2014, they obtained an Associate Member of the Institute of Physics from the Institute of Physics and is an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET).
