Bill O'Regan

Bill O'Regan began their career as a research engineer at Patras University in Greece. Bill then worked for the Federation Internationale du Beton before joining Vinci Construction Grands Projets as a site engineer. Bill worked on the Rion Antirion bridge project before being promoted to project manager. In 2006, they moved to Abu Dhabi to work for Abu Dhabi Municipality. Bill returned to Greece in 2008 to work on the Maliakos Kleidi highway project before moving to RW Armstrong in 2009. Bill was regional transportation, infrastructure and marine manager for the MENA region before returning to Vinci Construction Grands Projets in 2010 as CEO.

Bill O'Regan studied at St. Peters Community School before completing a Master of Science at the University of Bath Institute for Policy Research. Bill also holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Wales.
