Vladimir Poka is currently working as a Human Resources Associate at Modon. Prior to this, Vladimir held various HR roles including Talent Acquisition Manager at Skelmore Consulting Group and TASHAS GROUP, and Human Resources Manager at Middle East Retail Group. With previous experience as an HR Business Partner at Nakheel and Human Resources Coordinator at The Address Dubai Mall Hotel, Vladimir has a strong background in overseeing HR functions, staffing, and developing policies and procedures. Vladimir holds a degree in Mechanical Design Engineering from Politehnica University Bucharest and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Global Business Management from Swiss School of Management.
