Benjamin Rossi serves as an Associate Attorney at Modrall Sperling since September 2023 and is also a Contributing Writer for The Prindle Post since June 2020. Previous experience includes working as an Intern at the First Amendment Clinic at Duke University Law School from May 2021 to May 2022, a Visiting Research Fellow at Tulane University from July 2019 to July 2020, and a Course Instructor at the University of Cincinnati Blue Ash in the summer of 2019. Benjamin has held various academic positions, including Visiting Assistant Professor at Miami University, Instructor at The University of Texas at El Paso, and multiple teaching roles at the University of Notre Dame. Benjamin earned a Doctor of Law degree from Duke University School of Law in May 2023, a Doctor of Philosophy in Philosophy from the University of Notre Dame in January 2018, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Chicago in June 2010.
