Spencer Edelman

Spencer Edelman is a Shareholder in the Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Group at Modrall Sperling, serving since January 2017, where representation of businesses in New Mexico focuses on litigation and counseling in bankruptcy and creditors' rights, including landlord-tenant and real estate matters. Prior to this role, Spencer Edelman was an Associate in the Litigation Department Creditors' Rights Group at Modrall Sperling from September 2009 to January 2017, concentrating on collections and bankruptcy issues. Additionally, Spencer Edelman gained valuable experience as a Law Clerk at the United States Bankruptcy Court from November 2013 to November 2014. Spencer Edelman holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law (2009) and a Bachelor of Arts in History, Classics, and Math from Macalester College (2006).
