Previously served as a judicial clerk for the Honorable James O. Browning at the United States District Court for the District of New Mexico. Tiffany gained early experience through internships at Humana and with United States Senator Jeff Bingaman. Tiffany earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Baylor University School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, in Political Science and Spanish from Vanderbilt University. Further legal education includes participation in the Tulane-Queen Mary's London Legal Program and studies at Vanderbilt in Spain.
