Eugene Kalugin

Eugene Kalugin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Eugene started their career as a .NET developer at OCS Innovation Company (OCSICO®) in 2012 before moving on to become a Senior Software Developer at Itransition in 2013. In 2015, they joined PRIMUM Group as a Lead Software Engineer. Eugene then worked at OCS Innovation Company (OCSICO®) again as an Architect/RFP Owner from 2016 to 2020. Following that, they joined ScienceSoft as a Lead Architect/RFP Owner from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are the Head of .Net at Modsen since March 2022 and will assume the role of Chief Technology Officer starting from March 2023.

Eugene Kalugin completed their Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Security at Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, with an end year of 2014. In addition, they obtained certifications in DevOps on AWS and Scrum Master Certification from Coursera Course Certificates in February 2022.
