Account Manager at ModSquad

Mark Concannon has extensive work experience in the customer support and project management fields. Mark started their career at Firstsource in 2011 as a Customer Service Advisor, where they provided technical phone support and achieved sales targets. In 2016, they joined ModSquad as a Digital Engagement Specialist and later became a Lead Digital Engagement Specialist, overseeing a team of 150 individuals and ensuring SLAs were met. Mark then transitioned to the role of Assistant Project Manager, supporting Project Managers with quality assurance and training materials. In 2018, Mark was promoted to Project Manager, where they managed project teams, mentored leads and managers, and collaborated with various departments for project ramp ups and launches. Currently, they are working as an Account Manager at ModSquad, responsible for providing expert service in customer support, moderation, and social media to clients like the NFL and Electronic Arts.

Mark Concannon attended Ulster University from 2010 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Information Communication Technology.
