Pissacha L.

Pissacha L. has had extensive work experience in the customer service and gaming support field. They began their career as a Small Business Owner of Eco Laundry from January 2015 to January 2018. They then worked as a Sales Engineer at Advance Roller Co Ltd from February 2018 to October 2018. Pissacha L. then worked as a Project Engineer at Printtech Corporation Co Ltd from December 2018 to March 2020. In 2020, they transitioned into the gaming industry and worked as a Gaming Support Agent at 5CA from August 2020 to December 2020. They continued their gaming support career at 5CA, starting as a Gaming Support Agent: Bilingual T1 in September 2021 and then becoming a Gaming Support Agent: Bilingual T2 at ModSquad in February 2022. Pissacha L. is currently working as a Player Support Agent: Bilingual at Keywords Studios, where they respond to player emails and in-game contact, address player concerns, and resolve issues related to the game or its features.

Pissacha L. attended Mahidol University from 2008 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2007, they attended Satriwithaya School, focusing on Mathematics and Science. In 2006, Pissacha participated in the Student Cultural Exchange Program at Tauranga Girls' College in New Zealand, where they completed their secondary education. Additionally, Pissacha obtained a certification in "Introduction to Data Studio" from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop) in September 2022.
