Juliano Laganá Pinto

Juliano Laganá Pinto has a diverse work experience in various industries. Juliano is currently employed as a Machine Learning Engineer at Modulai since October 2022. Prior to this, Juliano worked as a PhD student at Chalmers University of Technology from August 2017, focusing on deep learning and multi-object tracking. Juliano received a Best Student Paper Award for their research in the conference FUSION 2021. Juliano also has experience as a Private Teacher, where they taught subjects such as calculus, algorithms, linear algebra, programming languages, high-school math, and high-school physics. Juliano also conducted specialized courses on digital images and Adobe Photoshop. In addition, Juliano worked as a Scientific Researcher at Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia, where they developed aerospace technology for the CITAR project, including the simulation and analysis of brushless direct-current motors. Juliano also contributed to the development of a gasoline-powered drone by providing mathematical modeling and implementing a MATLAB simulator. Juliano's work experience showcases their expertise in machine learning, deep learning, multi-object tracking, teaching, and aerospace technology.

Juliano Laganá Pinto completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Centro Universitário do Instituto Mauá de Tecnologia in the years 2009 to 2013. Following that, they pursued their Master's degree in Systems, Control, and Mechatronics at Chalmers University of Technology from 2015 to 2017.
