Emma Mercer

Emma Mercer has over 25 years of work experience, starting in 1995 as a Senior Manager at KPMG UK. Emma then joined Carillion as a Financial Controller in 2008 and subsequently became the SVP and CFO at Carillion Canada in 2014. In 2017, Emma took on the role of CFO at Carillion Plc and also served as the Finance Director for Construction Services. Emma joined RENTOKIL INITIAL PLC as CFO for Europe in 2018, a position they held until 2023. Currently, Emma is working as the Chief Financial Officer at Modulaire Group.

From 1992 to 1996, Emma Mercer attended Aston University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (Bsc) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General studies.
