Tom Hardiman

Tom Hardiman, CAE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the construction and nonprofit sectors. As Co-Owner and Co-Founder of the Off Site Construction Network since June 2015, Hardiman has been instrumental in launching the first Offsite Construction Expo and orchestrating numerous regional summits across the US and Canada, while also overseeing the development of the network's website. In addition, Hardiman has served as a Member/Manager at Hardiman-Williams, LLC since October 2012, focusing on enhancing nonprofit performance. Hardiman has held executive roles as Executive Director for both the Modular Home Builders Association and the Modular Building Institute since October 2012 and January 2004 respectively, and previously worked as Director at Associated Builders and Contractors from February 1999 to October 2003. Hardiman holds an M.B.A. and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Marshall University, completed between 1991 and 1995 and 1986 and 1990, respectively.
