Fabian T. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Fabian started their career with an internship at Schneider & Edl GmbH in 2009. From 2011 to 2012, they pursued a dual course of study in Sales Engineering at GROUP SCHUMACHER. In 2013, they joined ModuleWorks and worked as a Sales Engineer until 2015. During this time, they focused on building the company's business in Japan and establishing a brand among CNC control and machine tool manufacturers globally. From 2015 to 2018, they served as a Business Development Key Account Manager, further expanding the company's market presence. In 2018, they were promoted to Senior Key Account Manager, responsible for managing key partners worldwide and ramping up sales activities in the area of Digital Factory. In 2019, they became a Senior Team Leader, overseeing a team of international sales experts. Currently, Fabian holds the position of Head Of Business Development - Digital Factory at ModuleWorks, where they are responsible for the commercial business targeted at CNC control manufacturers and machine tool builders.

Fabian T. has a Master's Degree in M.Sc. Sales Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, earned from 2016 to 2019. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Sales Engineering from the European University of applied Sciences, Brühl, from 2011 to 2015. Fabian also briefly attended California State University, Fullerton in 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Finance.
