Luca Profita

Luca Profita has a diverse range of work experience spanning different roles and industries. They began their career in 2002 as a Data Entry specialist at Informatica S.PR.INT. From there, they worked as an IT Helpdesk and Data Entry associate at Novem Car Interior Design GmbH, where they handled data migration and provided support and training for the SAP system. In 2003, Luca joined LEGLER SPA as a Service Desk Analyst, responsible for PC support, server maintenance, and incident resolution. They then moved to Consorzio Cooperativo As.Co. scrl, where they continued their role as a Service Desk Analyst until 2013. In 2014, Luca worked in various contract roles through Temp Agencies. In 2015, they joined Bloomberg LP as a Technology Production Operative, repairing and updating firmware for bespoke keyboards and screens. Luca's next role was at International House London as an IT and Education Support Technician, where they focused on IT support for staff and students, classroom A/V modernization, and tech implementation during COVID-19. Currently, Luca is working at Modulr as a Cloud SysAdmin Team Lead, leading the team in IT support, infrastructure implementations, process automation, and project management. They have achieved infrastructure security hardening and played a significant role in acquiring industry accreditations. Luca has also won company awards and consistently mentored and led their team to success. Overall, Luca Profita has gained a wealth of experience in IT support, system administration, project management, and team leadership throughout their career.

Luca Profita has a Technical Diploma in Accountancy and Bookkeeping from ITC Vittorio Emanuele II - Bergamo (Italy), which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. In addition to their diploma, they are also certified by Microsoft in various fields such as Azure Fundamentals, Windows Server Administration Fundamentals, and as a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
