Martyn Cook

Martyn Cook is an experienced leader in people and culture development, currently serving as the Director of People and Culture at Modulr since June 2022. Previously, roles included Head of Line Management and Leadership Talent Development and Leadership Programme Director - Emerging Leaders at Barclays from March 2020 to July 2022, along with substantial experience in project management and technology change within Barclays Investment Bank. Earlier military career highlights encompass positions such as Leadership Development Specialist at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst and various leadership roles in the British Army. Martyn holds an MSc in Information Management and Technology and a PG Dip in Strategic Leadership and Management from Cranfield University, complemented by a BSc in Geography from the University of Leicester.
