Jonathan Porcello serves as Vice President of Operations for Modus by PM Hotel Group’s Lifestyle and Luxury division since August 2016. In this role, Jonathan leads a portfolio of lifestyle hotels and restaurants in major markets including NYC, Washington DC, Philadelphia, Nashville, and Moab. Past positions include Regional Director of Operations and Area General Manager, overseeing hotels in Washington, DC, and Orlando, FL, where Jonathan successfully converted Motto by Hilton into its first-ever property globally. Prior experience encompasses hotel management roles with a strong focus on staff engagement, service excellence, and operational success at various prestigious hotel brands, including Westin and Omni Hotels. Jonathan holds a Master's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Houston and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Monmouth University.
