Charles Moore

Charles Moore is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various aspects of the industry. As the Real Estate Broker and Owner of MODUS Real Estate Denver since June 2016, Moore also serves as the Founding Partner of Gearhart Moore Holdings LLC, focused on acquiring and managing real estate properties in the Denver Metro Market. Additionally, Moore has operated Capital Works Mortgage since March 2013, specializing in mortgage brokerage with a strong emphasis on customer service and diverse loan products. Previous roles include serving as a Board Member for SoLa Metro District and Realtor at Your Castle Real Estate, LLC, while earlier positions included mortgage brokerage and business development roles. Charles Moore holds a B.A. in Economics and Business with a Certificate of Entrepreneurship from the University of Iowa.
