Phillip Cruz

Phillip Cruz is an experienced professional in real estate and business development, currently serving in the Development & Renovations division at MODUS Real Estate Denver since March 2020, while also holding the position of President at Cruz Capital since January 2021, where the focus is on locating, assessing, acquiring, and financing undervalued real estate assets. Previously, Phillip founded Love Your Laces during college, where efforts included coaching a young baseball player diagnosed with Germinoma Brain Cancer. Additional experience includes roles as a Business Development Representative at Huron and as a Regional Sales Representative at Nordstrom, alongside coaching youth baseball at Gameday Baseball. Phillip holds a Master’s degree in Business Communications from the University of Denver, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University Pueblo, and an Associate degree in Business Administration from Northeastern Junior College.
