Andrey Masin obtained a Manager degree in Economics and Business Administration from Saint Petersburg Polytechnic University between 2004 and 2006. Prior to this, they obtained a Physics and Technology Faculty, Engineer degree in Automated Information Management Systems from Petrozavodsk State University (PetrSU) between 1999 and 2004.
