Hasan Sheerazi

Hasan Sheerazi, CFA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in tech investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director and Executive Director at Moelis & Company since May 2023, Hasan previously held the position of Director in Tech Investment Banking at SVB Securities and UBS from July 2021 to May 2021, respectively. Prior to this, Hasan worked at RBC Capital Markets as Vice President of Private Credit, where oversight included RBC's inaugural private credit fund, Leo Funds, that emphasized technology-related investments. Hasan's career began at Applied Materials as a Financial Analyst, focusing on global financial planning and analysis. Academically, Hasan holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from Queen's University and also attended the National University of Singapore.
