Weihan Lee

Weihan Lee is a Managing Director at Moelis & Company, where responsibilities include serving as a Responsible Officer (Type 6) and providing strategic advisory to senior management and major shareholders on complex, cross-border M&A transactions across the Asia-Pacific region since 2009. Previously, Weihan served as an Associate at Goldman Sachs in the Asia Technology Media Telecom Investment Banking Team from 2007 to 2009, advising leading internet companies and service providers on transformative M&A and equity capital markets transactions. Prior experience includes a role as a Consultant at Monitor Group from 2005 to 2007, assisting Fortune 500 management teams in achieving strategic objectives. Weihan holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business, an MSc in Business Administration and Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science, a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge, and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors' Company Directors Course.
