Mandar Gondhalekar

Mandar Gondhalekar is an accomplished software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and system architecture. Currently serving as Lead Software Engineer at MoEngage since July 2024, Mandar previously held the position of Senior Backend Engineer at Xeno and contributed significantly to Innovaccer as SDE 2 and SDE 1, focusing on Django, MongoDB, and Postgres for a multi-tenant, multi-cloud platform. Mandar has also been involved in teaching and content development as a Teaching Assistant at IIIT Hyderabad and served as a Problem Setter at DoSelect. Mandar holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from IIIT Hyderabad, completed in 2018.
