Pratiksha Pai

Pratiksha Pai is an experienced Implementation Manager currently working at MoEngage since June 2023, having previously held the same title at SpotDraft for a brief period in April and May 2023. Prior to these roles, Pratiksha worked at Branch from May 2020 to March 2023, progressing from Support Coordinator to Associate Integration Engineer, and finally to Integration Engineer. Earlier experience includes working as an Assistant System Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from August 2018 to March 2020, where responsibilities included handling priority tickets for GE Digital and system debugging.
