Director, Customer Success - META at MoEngage

Sweta Duseja has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. Sweta is currently the Director of Customer Success - META at MoEngage Inc. Prior to this, Sweta worked at Tealium as the Customer Success Director from December 2020 to February 2022. Sweta also held the position of Director of Digital Strategy and Customer Success at Rezultize from May 2020 to November 2020.

Sweta has a strong background in customer success management, having served as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Oracle from May 2017 to April 2020. Sweta was responsible for managing the adoption, usage, and success demonstration for large Oracle CX customers in the region. Sweta also acted as a strategic consultant, helping set up success plans and ensuring customer teams were skilled in utilizing Oracle Marketing Cloud platforms.

Before joining Oracle, Sweta worked as the Regional Manager - Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant at Changi Consulting, a certified Salesforce partner, from December 2015 to May 2017. Sweta led the digital marketing division, helping companies deliver impactful 1-to-me digital customer journeys.

Prior to this, Sweta held the role of Head of Digital Marketing and CRM at The Entertainer FZ LLC from August 2012 to November 2015. Sweta developed and executed the global digital strategy and was responsible for B2C demand generation, social marketing, mobile marketing, marketing automation, email marketing, and search engine marketing.

Earlier in their career, Sweta worked at SAP SuccessFactors as the Head of Americas Field Marketing, Senior Integrated Marketing Programs Manager, and Global Small Business Marketing Manager from 2008 to 2011. Sweta was responsible for creating and deploying online and offline marketing plans to generate qualified leads across the enterprise and mid-market segments.

Sweta's work experience also includes roles at nCircle Network Security as the Solutions Marketing Manager from January 2006 to June 2008 and at Check Point Software Technologies as the OPSEC Marketing Manager, Manager of Field and Channel Marketing - The Americas, and Product Marketing Manager from 2001 to 2006. Sweta began their career as a Product Marketing Manager at WatchGuard Technologies from November 1999 to December 2000.

Sweta Duseja has an MBA in Decision and Information Sciences from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business, obtained from 1997 to 1999. Sweta also holds a BBA in Marketing from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, completed from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their degrees, Sweta has obtained several certifications including Solutions for Selling Certification Badge! from Tealium in 2021, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Social Specialist in July 2016, Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist in May 2016, and Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 from SuccessHACKER in July 2021.
