Yoshikazu (Yoshi) Shimaoka currently serves as Board Director and Moët Hennessy Marketing Director at Moët Hennessy Diageo Japan, overseeing a marketing team of over 30 members to drive growth and innovation for luxury brands such as Dom Pérignon and Hennessy. Prior to this role, Yoshikazu held several leadership positions at The Coca-Cola Company, including Sparkling & Energy Marketing Vice President for Japan, where efforts focused on building brand rituals for Fanta and Sprite in Japan and Korea. Earlier in Yoshikazu's career, significant achievements were made at NTT DOCOMO, Inc., including the successful launch of a super small cellular phone targeting young males through integrated marketing strategies. Yoshikazu holds an MBA from Hitotsubashi ICS and UCLA Anderson School of Management, along with a BA in Economics from Rikkyo University.
