Arjen Rolf

Arjen Rolf is an experienced geoscience professional with a robust background in exploration, appraisal, and development within the oil and gas industry. Since August 2012, Arjen has worked at CEPSA, serving as an Advisor for Suriname Exploration & Appraisal, where the focus is on maximizing the value of Block 53 discoveries. Previous roles at CEPSA include Commercial Advisor for Algerian assets and Geoscience Team Lead for Mergers & Acquisitions. Arjen's extensive career also includes significant positions at ConocoPhillips from October 1998 to August 2012, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Development Geologist for non-operated assets in Malaysia to leading geoscience initiatives in various projects globally. Arjen's academic qualifications include an MSc in Geology from Utrecht University and a VWO diploma from St Bonifatius College, Utrecht. Arjen also completed military service as a Corporal in the Dutch Field Artillery.
