Martin Zett serves as CEO of Möfag, Mösli Fleischwaren AG since February 2021 and has held the position of Verkaufsleiter. Additionally, Martin Zett is the acting CEO at Albert Spiess AG, a role commenced in March 2025. Previous experience includes working as Produktmanager Frischfleisch and Produktmanager Frischfleisch / Geflügel at Genossenschaft Migros Zürich from January 2016 to December 2020, and as Produktmanager in the Fresh Meat division as well as Verkaufs Innendienst / Produktmanager at Ernst Sutter AG from September 2010 to December 2015, where also served as Deputy Head of Quality Assurance. Educational achievements include an Executive Master of Business Administration in General Management from HWZ University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich, a St. Galler Produktmanager qualification in Marketing, Management, Leadership, and Controlling from SGMI Management Institut St. Gallen, and a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences. Training began with a Technische Berufsmaturität from Berufsmaturität Ziegelbrücke and included a Metzger qualification from Berufsschule Wattwil.
