Ingrid Birenbaum

Ingrid Birenbaum is a Director in Transportation Engineering and ITS at Moffatt & Nichol. Previously, Ingrid worked as a Technical Director in ITS/Traffic at Atkins. Ingrid has extensive experience in traffic operations, transportation systems management & operations (TSM&O), intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and traffic incident management (TIM). Ingrid is a licensed Professional Engineer in multiple states and holds a certification as a Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE). Ingrid also worked as a Turnpike Traffic Operations Engineer at FDOT prior to their current roles. Ingrid holds a BSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and an MSCE in Transportation Engineering from the University of South Florida.
