Prior to this, they worked as the HR Director, Corporate at JCET Group from June 2021 to May 2023. May also served as the HR Deputy Director, Greater China Korea and Japan at GlobalFoundries from 2015 to 2021. Before that, they were the HR Manager, Asia Sales of Second Brand at SKF Group from 2012 to 2015. May started their career as an HR Supervisor at PwC's China Service Delivery Center from 2007 to 2012. Finally, they worked as a Supply Chain Analyst at IBM's Service Parts Operation from 2005 to 2007.
