Desirée Chachula Ph.d.

Desirée Chachula, Ph.D., SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Director of Engagement & Impact at Moffitt Cancer Center, a position held since May 2016, following roles as Engagement & Impact Manager and Engagement & Impact Advisor within the same organization. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Professor of TESOL at St. Petersburg College from June 2009 to September 2013 and as a Graduate Research Fellow in Linguistics at the National Science Foundation from June 2007 to June 2010. Desirée Chachula earned a Ph.D. in Bilingual, Multilingual, and Multicultural Education from New York University, a M.Ed. in Language and Literacy from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University.
