After that, they joined Small Parts, Inc as a Senior Sales Account Manager in the Automotive sector. Christopher then moved on to FMC Technologies, where they held multiple roles such as Global Subsea Operations Analyst, Portfolio Product Project Manager, and Special Services Group Manager. Christopher then worked at TechnipFMC as the Global Supplier Quality Processes & Systems Manager. Currently, they are working at MOGAS Industries, Inc. as the Director of Global Project Management, managing multi-million dollar projects and providing leadership in areas of safety, quality, delivery, cost, and people.

Christopher Schnurpel completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana Wesleyan University between the years 2005 and 2009. Following that, they pursued their MBA in Management from Purdue University, from 2010 to 2012.
