Gordon Lau

Gordon Lau has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Gordon is currently the Director of Solutions Engineering at Mogli Technologies, where they lead a team of Solutions Engineers in providing high-quality consulting and implementation services for businesses, schools, and non-profits. Prior to this, Gordon held the position of Director of Information Systems at iDE, where they played a key role in implementing a new finance system for worldwide operations and harmonizing contract modifications within Salesforce. Gordon also worked as an Information System Architect at iDE, where they developed management information systems, rolled out a construction sale and fulfillment app, and created a Global KPI system to track project scale and impact. Additionally, Gordon has experience as a Technical Accounts Manager at Grameen Foundation, Operations Manager at Hukumonline.com, and as a self-employed Business and Technology Consultant. Gordon also worked at GlaxoSmithKline, Paragon Systems, Friedrich Miescher Institute for Biomedical Research, Actel Corporation, and served as a Combat Engineer in the Canadian Forces.

Gordon Lau received a B.A.Sc in Engineering Science with a Biomedical Option from the University of Toronto in the years 1999 to 2004. Later, they pursued a Master of Biotechnology with a focus on Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Toronto between 2007 and 2009. In 2018, Lau obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification from Salesforce.
