Randall Ussery has been sitting at the intersection of design and business for the last 15 years. He has brought new products and companies to life, working with start-ups to Fortune 1000. He cofounded L37, a new generation, hybrid venture capital and private equity company to invest in visionary founders and companies that are transforming industries and solving ubiquitous problems.
He serves as a board member, investor, and active advisor to a portfolio of early-stage companies across industries, including Ambi (EdTech), Nalu Bio (Wellness), Appalachia Made Company (Travel), Dignifi Health (HealthTech), Pure Watercraft (EV), and Everest (Fintech) to name a few.
When he is not building or investing in startups, he is teaching Entrepreneurship and the Traction Gap at Babson College and HEC Paris with a focus on scaling disruptive and category leading innovation. Randall received his MBA from Babson College, with a concentration in Entrepreneurship, and his BA in History from James Madison University.
