Derek Lim

Derek Lim is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation, strategic planning, and business development. Currently serving as the Chief Information Officer at MOH Holdings Pte Ltd since September 2024, Derek previously held the position of Business Transformation Lead at Temus, where responsibilities included overseeing transformation projects across various sectors. Notably at Singtel, Derek served as Senior Director of Digital and Transformation, leading a $100M digital transformation program that achieved significant business benefits and operational improvements. With a strong educational background, holding a Master of Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering with First Class Honours from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, Derek also played a vital role in the development and implementation of the Intelligent Nation 2015 Masterplan as Head of the iN2015 Masterplan Office at the Infocomm Development Authority of Singapore.
