Fawwad Ahmed Khan

Fawwad Ahmed Khan is currently serving as the General Manager of Human Resources at MeTL Group, overseeing HR functions for one of Africa's largest conglomerates, which employs over 38,000 individuals across various sectors. Prior to this role, Fawwad held multiple HR and project consulting positions at Hilton Pharma Limited and Excelerate (Pvt.) Ltd., where significant contributions included managing public sector restructuring and HR due diligence for major privatization efforts in Pakistan. Fawwad's career began at K-Electric, progressing from Junior Officer HR/IR to Senior HR/IR Officer, with a strong focus on performance management and training development.
