Richard Pleis has over two decades of experience in sales and account management, currently serving as Regional VP-Institutional Business Development at Mohawk Group since March 2016, focusing on strategic account management. Additionally, Richard has been an Account Executive in the Healthcare Segment at Mohawk Industries since March 2015. Prior to these roles, Richard worked at Forbo Flooring Systems as an Account Executive from January 2005 to March 2015, specializing in architectural and end-user account sales, and began a career in technical support as a Technical Support Manager at Compass Concepts from September 1999 to January 2005.
