Bianka Gonzalez-Ardon

Bianka Gonzalez-Ardon currently serves as the Manager of Sales Training Development at Mohawk Industries, overseeing the creation and management of sales training content for the Commercial Selling Organization while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure consistency in messaging. Previously, Bianka held the position of Sales Training Manager and Instructional Designer at Service Corporation International, and prior to that, served as the Head of Training and Development at IT'SUGAR, where needs assessments guided performance-driven training solutions. Bianka’s career began as a Training and Development Specialist at Castle Group, where custom training programs were developed for diverse leadership teams. Bianka earned a Master’s degree in Adult Education and Human Resources Development and a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a Minor in International Business Communication, both from Florida International University.
