Phil Brown

Phil Brown has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Mohawk Industries since 2008. Prior to this role, Phil was President of the Americas at Elcoteq, overseeing human resources for locations in Dallas, Monterrey, Juarez, and Manaus from 2006 to 2007. Earlier in the career, Phil held the position of Vice President at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, managing human resources for a significant North American business unit with over 25,000 employees. Phil holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management from Hiram College, earned from 1990 to 1992.
