Shelli oversees recruitment and benefits for the team of more than 400 people at Carolina Meadows. She previously served as director of human resources for Sinai Residences of Boca Raton in Florida and the Erickson Living communities in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, and Silver Spring, Maryland, as well as other HR support roles.
