Renee' Lockhart

Renee' Lockhart possesses extensive experience in risk management and operations, currently serving as the Director of Risk Management at Mohawk Industries since June 2013, where responsibilities include designing and implementing risk management processes and developing annual insurance and claims budgets. Previously, Renee' worked at Driveline Retail Services as a Master Merchandiser from 2010 to June 2013, executing various merchandising projects at major retailers. Additionally, from 1988 to 2012, Renee' held the position of General Manager/Supervisor at McDonald's Corporation, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic direction to optimize sales and operations across multiple high-revenue locations. Renee' holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resources from Georgia Northwestern Technical College, obtained between 2012 and 2014.
