Jon Keithley

Jon Keithley currently serves as the Director of Global Audit and Risk Management - Technology at Nike, a position held since October 2025. Prior to this role, Jon was the Senior Manager of Internal Audit IT at Columbia Sportswear Company from September 2019 to October 2025. Jon's extensive experience in auditing began at XPO Logistics, Inc., where roles included Senior Manager and Manager of Internal Audit from December 2013 to September 2019. Jon's career in advisory services commenced at KPMG, where Jon advanced from Associate to Manager in the Advisory division from September 2005 to November 2013. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with options in Accounting and Management Information Systems from Oregon State University, earned between 2000 and 2005.
