Ron Anderson

Ron Anderson is an accomplished IT governance and project management professional with over 20 years of diverse experience in various leadership roles. Notably, at Mohawk Industries from September 2013 to May 2024, Ron served as the Director of PMO for Global IT Governance, leading key initiatives and overseeing global PMO processes. Prior to this, Ron held significant positions at First Solar and Habitat for Humanity International, focusing on program management and project portfolio alignment. As the Owner Principal PMO Consultant at The Methodology Training Consulting Firm, Ron delivered IT projects using established management methodologies. Ron began a career at Procter and Gamble, where leadership skills were honed in enhancing project management capabilities across a global workforce. Ron holds an MBA in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a Master's degree in Project Management from ITT Technical Institute-Indianapolis.
