Todd Shail

Todd Shail is an experienced executive in the manufacturing sector, specifically with a focus on residential operations and carpet manufacturing. Since November 2007, Todd has held multiple leadership roles at Mohawk Industries, culminating in the position of Senior Vice President of Residential Operations, overseeing a large manufacturing operation with approximately 750 employees. Prior to this, Todd was the Director of R&D at Lees Carpets and Burlington Industries from April 2002 to November 2007. Todd holds a Master of Science in Textile Technology and Management and a Bachelor of Science in Apparel and Textile Marketing Management, both obtained from North Carolina State University.
