Gabrielle Richards

Gabrielle Richards is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in governance and auditing, currently serving as the Governance Manager for the Mohegan Tribe since April 2021. In this role, Gabrielle oversees the SOX program, BSA/AML compliance, data analytics, and process reviews. Previously, as a Senior Auditor in Corporate Governance, responsibilities included developing and executing comprehensive audit programs addressing operational, financial, regulatory, and internal control risks, alongside ensuring compliance with GAAP, GAAS, and Sarbanes-Oxley Act provisions. Gabrielle's experience also encompasses roles at Mohegan Gaming & Entertainment and a variety of accounting positions at firms such as Pratt & Whitney and Legrand, starting with an academic foundation in Accounting from Salve Regina University.
