E-learn Course Developer at MOHELA

Rachel Baker, MSEd, is an experienced education professional with a focus on course development and adult education. Since December 2019, Rachel has been serving as an E-Learn Course Developer at MOHELA. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as an Adult Education Coordinator for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Missouri from February 2015 to December 2019, where responsibilities included the creation of training materials for adult volunteers. Additionally, Rachel was a Health and Physical Education Teacher at Columbia Public Schools from 2007 to 2012. Rachel holds a Master's degree in Education-Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Missouri-Columbia and two Bachelor's degrees in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching and Health and Physical Education/Fitness from William Woods University.
