Ronald L. Sodek

As a tax partner with Mohle Adams, Ron Sodek specializes in private-client tax planning and compliance. Ron believes that his client support is not limited to just preparing tax returns, but requires learning about his clients—focusing on both their current situation and their long-term goals to produce true value.

Ron’s tax knowledge encompasses areas beyond personal income tax, such as trusts and estates, small businesses and private foundations. By offering this broad mix of services, he brings his clients informed options regarding a wide variety of tax situations, adding value to the longstanding, trust-based relationships he develops with them.

Ron began his career at Mohle Adams in 1980, advancing to partner in 1986. He has been active in various community groups, including the Boy Scouts, and has served as a MUD director for more than 18 years. Ron has been married to Maria for 36 years. They have a son Michael, who is a marketing director, and a daughter Elizabeth, who recently received her doctorate from Texas Christian University. In his spare time, Ron enjoys tracking the weather and tinkering with “some assembly required” projects.
