Rodrigo Godoi

Rodrigo Godoi is currently the Director of Acquisitions at Mohr Capital. Rodrigo has over 15 years of experience in acquisitions and asset management.

Godoi started their career at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an Associate from 1999 to 2002. Rodrigo then became the Land Acquisition Manager at Toll Brothers from 2004 to 2007. After that, they were the Senior Director at Ashford Hospitality Trust from 2007 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they were the Director at Hunter Business Holding Group. Finally, they became the Director of Acquisitions at Encore Enterprises from 2011 to 2015 before taking their current position at Mohr Capital.

At Mohr Capital, Godoi is responsible for underwriting, due diligence, and asset management for office, industrial, and hotel properties. Rodrigo also manages institutional equity and debt relationships.

Rodrigo Godoi has a masters in real estate from Cornell University and a BS in economics from Louisiana State University.

Rodrigo Godoi reports to Bob Mohr, Chairman. They are on a team with Tom Theobald - SVP of Development, Susan Cheng - COO, and Rob Solls - Director of Retail Investments & Acquisitions.
